Hello, I'm Mario. I've been a nature guide for over 16 years, and my passion for nature influences everything I do. My philosophy is to provide the best service possible, treating others with the same honesty, quality, attention, and care that I would expect to receive. To me, every guest is a VIP, because in the eyes of nature, we are all equals.

My goal is to ensure you have an unforgettable experience, whether you're watching birds, exploring plants, or photographing the incredible biodiversity of our country.

I speak Spanish, English, and German. But don't worry—if you speak a different language, we'll still have a great experience together! I welcome diversity in all walks of life - I welcome walks with people of various abilities, identities, & ethnicities.

This has been my life's work and passion. My journey as a guide began in 2001 when I was just 13, leading my first unofficial tour up the mountain behind the beach where I grew up. The jungle was my backyard where I learned to mimic the songs of birds and the ocean my front yard where I kayaked with dolphins to get to school. I look forward to sharing it all with you.
